Grant of honorarium for delivering lectures in Zonal Training Schools/Centres: Railway Board Order GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS RAILWAY BOARD No. 2018/TransCell/ProcessReforms New Delhi, Dated: 27.11.2018 The General Manager All Indian Railways Sub:   Grant of honorarium for delivering lectures in Zonal Training Schools/Centres.
