Sub:-  Payment of leave salary to the running staff after the implementation of 7th CPC recommendations. Some of the Zonal Railways have raised the issue that leave salary is not being paid to the running staff on the revised pay in the 7th CPC pay structure, GS/AIRF and GS/NFIR have also made various references to the Railway Board in this regard. NFIR has also raised the issue in the forum of PNM as Item No. 47/2018. 2. Ref: (i) Railway Board's OM No. E(P&A)II-2014/Misc. 3/7th CPC dated 20/10/2014. (ii) GS/NFIR's letter No. IV/NFIR/7th CPC/Corres/Pt. V dated 15/04/2015 to Railway Board.
