 Expected DA 2020 AICPIN for the month of August 2020 – Expected DA 2020 – Central Government Employees News Consumer Price Index for Industrial Workers (CPI-IW) – August, 2020 The Labour Bureau, an attached office of the M/o Labour & Employment, has been compiling Consumer Price Index for Industrial Workers every month on the basis of the retail prices of selected items collected from 289 markets spread over 78 industrially important centres in the country. The index is compiled for 78 centres and All-India and is released on the last working day of succeeding month. The index for the month of August, 2020 is being released in this press release. The All-India CPI-IW for August, 2020 increased by 2 points and stood at 338  (three hundred and thirty eight). Marathon race for Central Government Employees in New Delhi Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions Department of Personnel and Training to Hold Half Marathon for Central Employees and their Family Members in New Delhi Tomorrow Central Civil Services Cultural and Sports Board (CCSCSB) under the Department of Personnel and Training (DOPT) and Youth Hostels Association of India (YHAI) are jointly organizing Half Marathon race for Central Government Employees and their immediate families in New Delhi tomorrow. Theme of the event is to promote fitness amongst Central Government employees and their family members. DoPT: The Fundamental Amendment Rules 2018 – Amendment in FR 22(I)(a)(1)   MINISTRY OF PERSONNEL, PUBLIC GRIEVANCES AND PENSIONS (Department of Personnel and Training)  New Delhi, the 19th November, 2018 G.S.R.370.-   In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 and clause(5) of article 148 of the Constitution and after consultation with the Comptroller and Auditor General of India in relation to the persons serving in the Indian Audit and Accounts Department, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Fundamental Rules. 1922, namely:- 1. (1) These rules maybe called the Fundamental (Amendment) Rules, 2018. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2.
