 Expected DA 2020 AICPIN for the month of August 2020 – Expected DA 2020 – Central Government Employees News Consumer Price Index for Industrial Workers (CPI-IW) – August, 2020 The Labour Bureau, an attached office of the M/o Labour & Employment, has been compiling Consumer Price Index for Industrial Workers every month on the basis of the retail prices of selected items collected from 289 markets spread over 78 industrially important centres in the country. The index is compiled for 78 centres and All-India and is released on the last working day of succeeding month. The index for the month of August, 2020 is being released in this press release. The All-India CPI-IW for August, 2020 increased by 2 points and stood at 338  (three hundred and thirty eight). All India Consumer Price Index for Industrial Workers (CPI-IW) – Feb 2019 Expected Dearness Allowance Calculation from July 2019 No.5/1/2019-CPI GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF LABOUR & EMPLOYMENT LABOUR BUREAU ‘CLEREMONT’, SHIMLA-171004 DATED: 29th March, 2019 Press Release Consumer Price Index for Industrial Workers (CPI-IW) – February, 2019 The All-India CPI-IW for February, 2019 remained stationary at 307 (three hundred seven). On 1-month percentage change, it remained static between January, 2019 and February, 2019 when compared with the decrease of (-) 0.35 per cent for the corresponding months of last year. The maximum upward pressure to the change in current index came from Miscellaneous and Food groups contributing (+) 0.26 and (+) 0.17 percentage points respectively to the total change. Expected DA: 6 points increase in AICPI (CPI-IW) for the Month of January 2019 No.5/1/2019-CPI GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF LABOUR & EMPLOYMENT LABOUR BUREAU ‘CLEREMONT’, SHIMLA-171004 DATED: 28th February, 2019 Press Release Consumer Price Index for Industrial Workers (CPI-IW) – January, 2019 The All-India CPI-IW for January, 2019 increased by 6 points and pegged at 307 (three hundred and seven). On 1-month percentage change, it increased by (+) 1.99 per cent between December, 2018 and January, 2019 when compared with the increase of (+) 0.70 per cent for the corresponding months of last year. The maximum upward pressure to the change in current index came from Housing group contributing (+) 5.16 percentage points to the total change. AICPIN FOR NOVEMBER 2018 AICPIN FOR THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER 2018 The Labour Bureau under Ministry of Labour and Employment today released the statistical report of All India Consumer Price Index (AICPIN IW) for the month of November 2018. The index remained stationary at  302 (three hundred and two ). On 1-month percentage change, it remained static between October, 2018 and November, 2018 when compared with the increase of (+) 0.35 per cent for the corresponding month of last year. BANK DA EXPECTED TO GO UP WITH 65 SLABS

Bank DA Expected to Go Up with 65 Slabs All India Consumer Price Index Numbers for the month of August 2018 has been published by the Labour Bureau last week. The index stands constant at the same level of 301. Last month the AICPIN was unexpected 10 points hike and stood at 301. Continuing the trend will follow for next month also.. We expect the Bank Dearness Allowance may go up with 65 Slabs for next quarter from November 2018 to January 2019.
