The CbC Report is to be furnished by the ultimate parent entity of an International Group in the country or territory of its residence. Highlights of the same are given below: The Government of India has received Rs.7,67327 crore (47.9% of corresponding BE 17-18 of Total Receipts) upto October 2017 comprising Rs. 6,33,617 crore Tax Revenues (Net to Centre), Rs. 95,151 crore of Non-Tax Revenues and Rs.38,559 crore of Non-Debt Capital Receipts. Non-Debt Capital Receipts consists of Recovery of Loans (Rs. 8,394 crore) and Disinvestment of PSUs (Rs. 30,165 crore). Rs.3,37,280 crore has been transferred to the State Governments as Devolution of Share of Taxes by Government of India in this period.
