DEATH-CUM-RETIREMENT-BENEFITS MINISTRY OF PERSONNEL, PUBLIC GRIEVANCES AND PENSIONS (Department of Personnel and Training) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 16th May, 2018 G.S.R.457(E). – In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (1A) of section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), the Central Government, after consultation with the Government of Jammu and Kashmir, hereby makes the following rules, further to amend the All India Services (Death-Cum-Retirement-Benefits) Rules, 1958, namely :- 1 (1) These rules may be called the All India Services (Death-Cum-Retirement-Benefits) Amendment Rules, 2018. (2) They shall be deemed to have come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2.
