Sub : Revision of syllabus for promotion to PS Group ‘B’ cadre — Regarding.

Sir/Madam,
I am directed to say that the syllabus circulated vide this Directorate letter of even number dated 05.09.2019 for Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LDCE) for promotion to Postal Services Group ‘B’ cadre is hereby modified to the extent given below :


I. “S.No.1 of Paper-l “Consumer Protection Act, 1986″ may be read as “Consumer Protection Act, 2019”.

II. “S.No. 26 of Paper-ll “Prevention of Corruption Act 1890” may be read as “Prevention of Corruption Act 1988 read with its (Amendment) 2018″.

2. Other contents of the syllabus circulated vide letter of even number dated 05.09.2019 remain unchanged.

3. This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
